Kick Boxing

Duration: 45–50 minutes

A fierce fusion of boxing and powerful lower-body strikes. You’ll punch, kick, knee, and squat your way through rounds that challenge your coordination, strength, and endurance. Expect bag work, high-intensity drills, and full-body conditioning designed to leave you stronger, leaner, and ready for anything.
